It was really last minute, so it’s not as refined as I’d like, but a friend was having a cyberpunk themed party, so I whipped this up. It’s a chest rig type vest with a front pouch featuring polystyrene shielding, a 3” screen, and a mini pc streaming various sci-fi and cyberpunk videos. It’s powered by a large battery pack that supplies both 5v (via usb, for the screen) and 12v (for the pc). Both the battery pack and the pc are housed in a pouch on the back.
I’m working on a new design that’s more refined. I only had a day to throw this together, so it’s not quite the picture of precise engineering!
Also put some airline seat buckles on it for easy on/off!
Edit: some video of it playing. Unfortunately no speaker yet, though I don’t think it would really be a good addition:
