I played this map at launch and I was not a fan. 4 years later and now I’m running through all Bo4 EE’s starting with this map. Last night I got to the step before the boss fight. This map is tough. But it can be exhilarating at times. What are your thoughts?

My favorite BO4 launch map, and still a very underrated map in my opinion. The easter egg isn’t that bad once you know what you’re doing, there’s so many little side things to do and there’s still things found to this day (quite literally), the Kraken isn’t the best wonder weapon in the world but aesthetically its perfect and has four different elemental upgrades that you can try out, a map set on a big boat was already something I kinda wanted but having it be *the* Titanic itself was really cool. The Chaos maps in general outside of IX are all super underrated (everybody knows IX is at the very least a good map if not great), I’d play Voyage over the BO4 Aether maps any day.

Pretty much my opinion on the map is the same for the rest of BO4: Underrated, Amazing, and was hated because it was “cool” and people who need to be validated and feel like they belong love hopping on bandwagons.

    So yeah, AKA BO4Z’s>>>>

Underrated. The layout is not really that confusing and the Kraken is a lot of fun.

I liked it. After doing blood it was refreshing to play a map where the EE steps were mostly just lockdowns and killing stuff. The boss fight was challenging and fun to do, and just awesome in general.

I’d say 5/10, dumb EE (if you make a titanic map make a titanic related EE, like mob did an alcatraz related EE) layout of the map is also wrong when compared to the actual ship (mob did this almost perfectly, only place they didn’t accurately depict was the deadshot room, but the rest of the map is 100% accurate). Cool Wonder weapon and bosses and fun gameplay.

i think it’s a great map for the most part aside from the array of boss enemies and close quarters, but that’s kinda inevitable on the titanic. EE is surprisingly fun the final cutscene is sweet and the boss fight is one of the most challenging and coolest we’ve seen

  8. A tier map, better than a lot of pre BO4 maps.

I found the EE challenging when I was doing it but I really enjoyed it looking back. Several unique challenging steps without too many tedious object manipulation tasks (minus the dials).
