Oh look another repost of this image that doesn’t show what you think it does and what the headlines often claim.
It’s just a billboard, just like new York is full off. They happened to take a photonof the billboard during a second when it shows a blue sky during heavy smog, just like the other photo that shows the sun during dawn in heavy smog. Both are snaps during as videos that roll on them.
Giant video billboards might be dystopian enough on their own. But we have far worse examples of that in western cities.
