Hyper Arcade – Located since 2086 in the Modular Jones Building. There are legends about Dion – the owner of this place. He is often found in games. Many wealthy clients pay big bucks to go into the back room and talk to Dion in person and get to knowe the legendary game master. Hyper Arcade is one of the last places to exist in this building from the beginning. Modular Jones has its best years behind it. Once upon a time, all Shibuyans used to come here to buy electronics and implants. Today, walking down the aisles of Modular Jones, you can see blinds drawn and shops closed. It is located at the very bottom of the city, by the waterfront, so you can meet people from many layers of NeoTokyo 2121.
