Hello Turbo-Snai1, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!

To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

Recently, I took a new job that requires me to be out of town 3 days a week. This cuts into my night time gaming. My home rig is way too big and I have way more money in it to risk it breaking while traveling…so I decided to build this. I have about $500 into this build. Everything is new except the GPU. My friend gave me his old GTX 970 FTW graphics card. My company provided me with a 1080p 60 hz monitor to use so my build is trying to target just that and it surprisingly does so. I chose the case based on price, size and no glass(obviously glass and traveling a lot doesn’t go well together). I’m pleasantly surprised at the outcome given the amount of money I spent. Great portable built imo.

    Ryzen 5 5600X
    Asus B550M-A Wifi II MB
    Corsair Vengeance DDR4 16GB(2×8) 3600mhz
    EVGA GTX 970 FTW GC
    1tb Crucial m.2 (gen 3)
    Thermaltake 700w Smart PS
    Thermaltake Versa H17 case

The H17 came with 1 case fan, I had 2 Corsair case fans and 1 uni fan from a previous built. So I used the 2 Corsair fans for intake and the Thermaltake and uni fan for exhaust. I obviously used the Lian li (only rgb in built) on the top mount exhaust because it is the only thing visible.

Man, and I thought my mom was the only person to still have a LAN line…lol. She uses it more than her cell. PC’s looking awesome.

How do you transport your rig, if you don’t mind me asking?
