Can someone help me with this problem?
I recently bought the ps4 to play black ops 3 after that I bought zombies chronicles to download it later but after getting into the game it tells me what is needed to download another expansion pack and sends me to the store and there is nothing to download
what should I do?

It’s probably different than on Xbox but if PlayStation has a game and add ons page like Xbox does try going there and seeing if they’re actually installed
It’s probably not actually installed. Not sure how to check but I’m fairly certain that’s your problem

Just go to the main menu, hover over BO3 then go into details (down) one of the options you’ll get there is DLC (I think it’s called add-ons) where you can download Chronicles.
