Money
You would have to acquire Treyarch (or go higher and buy the parent companies) and then have them develop it. So however much money you need for that is what it would take
The community creating it themselves… we already have the tools, we just need people to actually recreate everything. I have no experience using the tools, so I would be a bad candidate.

The best you can hope for is for Treyarch to create its MK Armageddon of Zombies games.

ZC2 on the next treyach COD would be much better, I know this subreddit loves to jerk off BO3 but the game is like fuckin 8 years old now
It would take a fucking miracle
I don’t understand why they haven’t actually done it. With the amount of remasters they like doing it’s right up their street, and the amount of money they would make is right up their street too.
