Shadowrun RPG. Best bet is any of the sourcebooks from 1st through 3rd edition.
Shadow Runner series has a lot of art like this
Last one (Neuromancer) is by [Juan Gimenez](https://www.juangimenez.com/), and all of his work is worth checking out.
I especially recommend the Metabarons comics he did with Jodorowsky.
As for the rest, just look up sourcebook covers for cyberpunk themed RPGs from the 80s and 90s like Cyberpunk 2020 and Shadowrun.

Lancer just released a book called Legionnaire, it focus on ai and NHPs, it has some crazy artwork similar to that.
The cover artwork for the *Somewhere In Time* album by Iron Maiden came first to my mind. Probably erroneous, not exactly aligned with the request, but it could be interesting nonetheless.
