Like someone else said, repain the wall. Also some better lighting, plants, and a less cramped/bigger desk would make the 8+ hours you spend at your setup more enjoyable

I would say paint and some ikea peg boards to hold most of your smaller stuff and your keyboard . Lots of options especially like the gaming edition ones .

Paint the walls a brighter color for sure. White, light blue, whatever. It’ll not only look cleaner but also hive the illusion of a bigger room.
