Hello TheSweetBabyJesus, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!
Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

Is that USD?If you bought a pre-built I think you could get a new gen CPU and GPU. I wouldn’t pay that much for a last gen GPU (even though that is a good one) and CPU.
Not saying you shouldn’t get it, I just wouldn’t pay that much for it. Maybe 1800ish? It is a solid computer though.
Gymnastboatman
Even using the ridiculously priced parts he is (while upgrading the GPU):
It’s $300 more brand new but only because of the fans.
Plus you’d get all the warranties. But there are more sensibly priced parts you could use in this build instead to become cheaper. [Example](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hqbz4s)

You can build a better system for $1900 with a 7800x3d (launching April 6th), and a 4070ti (better GPU)
HigherFunctioning
I spent less than 1800 on my 12700K, ASUS Z690-I 32GB of DDR-5 G.Skill and brand new EVGA 3080 (non TI) 12 GB with SK Hynix 1TB NVME, ASUS MAYA 240 AIO, Coolermaster 850 PSU (its an ITX build). Lian Li Q58 case so no. Build your own dude…
Junkers4
Too high for a used last gen pc… technology depreciates faster than pretty much everything
Cookie_Tw0
To the others point, for that price you can get a 4070 ti and ddr5 RAM if you built your own.
Cooljob6
Overpriced but good PC.

1500
Free_Dome_Lover
This dude doesn’t understand depreciation lmao
AttackOnTARDIS
You can get ddr5 and a 4070ti/4080 for the same price. Prebuilt too
Ihadtosubscribe
The value is closer to 2000, maybe 1800
Itsoktobemesometimes
No way. I built a 4090 7900x ddr5 32gb 1000 watt power supply build for a little more than that.

For 1700, it would be fine. But not 2.5K
Pappasgrind
That’s probably half of what he paid for it when prices were goo goo ga ga

I just built this same rig this weekend but with a 4070 ti, 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, and an AMD Ryzen 5, plus a new 32” LG gaming monitor for $2300. And I got all the parts at Micro Center, so you could shop around & likely get it for under $2k. Close to $1700 without the monitor.
Got-It101
Maybe you could build yourself a bit better or cheaper but if the components suit your needs it’s already built, working and any problems sorted, which is worth time and effort and headache saving.

This is just a personal opinion of someone who doesn’t have the money to even think of the pc you’re looking at. I spent $700 on a gaming laptop that I upgraded the ssd for more memory but I run everything at high/ultra settings. I feel like nowadays everyone is so focused on having the latest and greatest, they don’t think about getting something that just does its job very well without breaking the bank.
VirtuaFighter6
Too much
Nigalig
Hell no! He got jacked when he bought the GPU and is trying to recoup the money he lost. 3080ti came out during peak GPU shortage as a money grab by NVIDIA. Most, if not all paid $2k USD for one even though it was less powerful than a 3090.

Sub $2K build.
You can pretty much get the best Gpu on the market for around the $2500 price point.
Nah
If he’s willing to come down to like $1600-1700 it’s a good deal
Why are people putting 16 core CPUs in gaming PCs these days lmao. My home server only has 8 cores/12 threads
