It’s true though…

There’s no skill based hit detection, just garbage servers and tick rate. Which brings us back to their incompetence

Sometimes I feel when I’m fighting 3+ opponents and I have a clear angle on them none of my shots are doing damage and my aim feels magnetized to the top of the screen.

Saw somewhere that warzone uses 20 tick servers or smth and most 6v6 games run on 60 tick and that’s where we get a lot of discrepancies, and I might add much worse desync

It’s the left one. If you believe the right one, you lick windows.

  5. Brought this up in an echo chamber the other day and got downvoted into oblivion, it’s really sad to see so many stupid people validating each other

  6. It’s most likely not devs but the management/execs. They don’t care about putting out a good product because they know we’ll buy it. It’s all about $$$ .

Skill based hit reg is undeniably the most hilarious coping mechanism people have in this game

Skill based matchmaking is extremely flawed in cod, first match you fight against complete noobs or bots, you wipe the floor with them, algorithm sees your KD and in the second match puts you up against completely cracked and sweaty players who are leagues better and wipe the floor with you, so in the end no casual gameplay

“Skill based hit detection” theory has always been a joke/sarcasm … some people taking it literally.

No way it can’t be both. They sink their time into what brings the money.

Skill based hit reg is the most insane conspiracy in COD. You’re an idiot if you think it’s true.

The main truth is that no matter what the reason, the game is garbage, but people are still buying $25 cosmetic bundles. That’s the real mind blower.

Stop complaining about it and git bad

I’m convinced that a solid 90% of regular posters on this sub are just gullible morons. Flat earth level.

  15. Based on my own experiences there is altered hit detection and altered damage to even the herd, and there is on one that can tell me otherwise. Sometimes it’s in my favor, sometimes it isn’t, but it shouldn’t be there either way.

No matter how much ‘proof’ is provided by youtubers or streamers.

I’m mashing that left button like a pornstar twelvesome on Super Uber Viagra

Never seen a community with more excuses for desync and lag

Skill-based damage/hit detection is a hot topic with many examples of it in games. Mostly in MP but I have noticed some strange things in BR as well.

I am not saying I believe it, but I’m also not saying I don’t. What I will say is I wouldn’t put it past Activision. And it wouldn’t surprise me.

However, We can all agree that the server’s Tick-rate is too slow. From an Admin standpoint, all one would need to do is edit one line of code to increase it to 32-64. Literally that simple. Although, increased rate means increased server resource drain. therefore they would likely need to upgrade the servers to have more processing power. THIS is where Activision comes in. Activision would need to sign off on this and foot the bill because the servers are owned and run by Activision. This is the only reason why their servers never seem to get better. Activision doesn’t pay for anything that they do not feel like they will get some return on their investment. To them, they do not care because people will still play the game regardless and still spend money anyway. So what incentive do they have to upgrade?
