Get a desktop.
Get an arm or wall mount for your TV. It’ll look cleaner
Well, assuming you are going to keep the laptop and not buying a desktop:
27″Monitor (or bigger size), stay away from 1080p monitors if you can and try to go for 1440p + monitor arm.
Mouse & keyboard ofc
Lastly, not a necessity but helps to give a cleaner look imo, a laptop stand similar to [this](https://i.etsystatic.com/23017795/r/il/a78bb4/2515185847/il_fullxfull.2515185847_qhjd.jpg).
