I think your monitor is in a good spot, but there are brackets that attack to your desk to give a little extra elevation.
I wouldn’t change anything. Looks like a great spot. Don’t listen to the turds in the comments.

get a smaller keyboard, and maybe push the pc forwards a bit. fan needs *some* space to exhaust

Maybe manage the cables better, mount the monitor, and get an under-desk pencil drawer to store some of the small items on your desk. Other than that it’s great
