In my mind, I had cast Rutger Hauer as Armitage and Matt Frewer as Case. Molly I had pictured as shorter.

I always saw Case as a dark-haired man, wasted by drugs and internet. Armitage is a silver fox with a long ponytail. Molly is accurate enough, although I envisioned her implants as being set behind her eyelids (adds to the body horror of cyberpunk transhumanism)
