I don’t know the Bo4 perks, but Jugg would make me near invincible and with stamin-up, I could be the fastest man alive. I’d say one of the revive perks, but if I’m old, won’t I just die right after reviving myself again of old age?
idk maybe it’s novice of me but I kind of like the idea of juggernaut as it would let me take more damage. Dying wish seems like a solid choice too

Some of these seem pretty bad or useless but probably Speed Cola, it seems the most useful, even compared to the death reversal perks, which wouldn’t really help if you die from age..
I dont know what all these perks do… But Timeslip Tonic would be pretty cool.
