My thoughts as an APAC PUBG fan who also lives in APAC

Daytrade has a lot of fans in Thailand, but they are not the most popular team. Thai viewers are looking forward to MiTH, AAA, and BRU because they have more fans.

That also means that all teams have already received their results; simply wait for the announcement (The rumor said they will announce in 30th)

Full announcement must be close if the orgs are finding out the results.

Interested to see the overall APAC picture regarding slots.

I considered Daytrade as a main candidate from the region, so them missing out makes me think that:

    a) Krafton may not pick a single APAC team and instead pick bigger orgs from Asia, EU and/or NA
    b) Krafton may picked a different APAC team (BRU, MiTH, CER) as they can bring more viewership/ engagement/ name recognition.

  4. MiTH has always been my front runner for an APAC slot, regardless of recent results

Daytrade was always at a disadvantage since they have no teams in games outside of PUBG that could expand the potential audience, even before considering things like the relationships other orgs have with things like football teams or PUBG proadcast partners
