Tend to agree, self revive is way to quick.
I already have to hit two sniper shots to knock someone. When I do, I should be able to airstrike and not have them already gone. I think the strikes take too long to come in AND the revive is too quick.

I’d be fine with self revives either being removed from the game entirely or limited to one usage per player in a match without the ability to “tap” once you start the revive.
If they stay in, the abundance of them should be decreased drastically.

How to fix backpack:
Roll back inventory management to WZ 1 (ammo pools, plates, one self revive, one killstreak) + allow dropping of lethal and tac grenades, killstreaks and field upgrades.
Single backpack upgrade: Adds +25% to base ammo pools and allow you to carry 3 more plates (std. backpack allows you to carry 3 extra plates). No extra killstreaks/self-revives/field upgrades.
Fixing Armor Plate Carrier:
All players start with a 3-plate carrier, fully plates equipped and no extra plates.
3-plate carrier is now a Tempered Vest, so you need two plates to achieve maximum protection.

Trade offer: increase the hp while down, while simultaneously increasing the time to self revive. That way, you won’t be thirsted in a few shot. That would keep people engaged and in the game, and make it more of a dillema to thirst someone or go after the team mate. It also makes it easier to get your team together after a fight, instead of getting in a fight losing 2 teammates and having to buy them again (and repeat that 3 times every game).
Also make (self) reviving twice as long. It’s bs that when I down someone on a roof, he is already combat ready by the time I breach his building

Self revive is a little out of hand in this game for sure. It should definitely take longer, and they shouldnt be as common. Personally I dont even think you should be able to use the revive pistol on yourself. But if it were slower in general I wouldnt care about that at all.

So many issues with “downed” enemies! Why does it take more melee to kill a downed enemy than it took to down them?? amd it Seems to take as many bullets to kill a downed enemy as it takes to break plates and down them! Anyway, Multiple self revives is horrible, on so many levels.

2 hit to knock someone isn’t true I died for now is already 5 times with 3 plates vest one shoot. I don’t know man but I think I’m moving to another game. Has become frustrating I had in Caldera 68 % of win in gulag and 120 victories now I have only 3 after three months and constantly dying in the gulag cos my teammates are Afk and now I have to fight three including the fukin jailer that shoots only me.

self revives need to make a sound DURING the entire 10s duration.

I think the entire engagement feels off. The speed to self revive seems too fast, and doesn’t seem any slower than a buddy reviving you. Then there’s the fact that you can carry many of them. And downed enemies seem to take way too many bullets to finish off.

The best ways to balance self revives are to increase the rarity, and decrease the speed of self rez. That’s literally it. It’s so simple. It can’t be that damn hard to change in the code.
