The operators in mw2 seem to know that they’re in a simulation or something.
“Leave the warfare to me!” What? Who says that in battle. The guts line was just confusing to me. Sometimes says it when he gets flashed or stunned. I have no idea what it even means. Sometimes when he says “enemy down” it doesn’t even match the rest of the lines. I kept thinking it was someone near me. Just seems like they were created to be more competitive and fast feeling. Sometimes a good one comes out like “I’m fading fast” or “can’t take much more…” makes it sound like oh shit, I need to hide. A serious moment. They ALMOST sound like “Don’t be sad, this is just how it works out sometimes” from bf2042.

One thing I also miss is that 2019 operators had engagement/ character specific voice lines depending on who you played with. I do hope that there’s a 2019 operator pack slated for a later release. Also waiting for a Alejandro drop, dude was amazing in the campaign.

Fuck I remember grinding out in ground war so hard for 25 executes just to unlock kreuger with my friend. We both prayed for downtown and just ascended each tower.
