Your character just took some DMT you’ll be alright in about 30 minutes.
Not a very common bug, but I know the source. This usually occurs after you purchase a new gaming chair and drink g-fuel in that gaming chair. This runs the risk of g-fuel droplets making their way into your RGB, which spreads it from your computer’s case to the inside. RGB-Fuel instantly recognizes and attacks Modern Warfare 2019, RGB-ifying it.
Unfortunately, this problem is irreversible until you hit a 360 no scope in the same gaming chair. In real life. The force of the air from the 360° movement and your yells of excitement will force the RGB-Fuel to leave the game it RGB-ifies. Best of luck.

Try turning off any sharpening filter in the NVIDIA control panel (or AMD equivalent) that sometimes causes games to freak out like this and it’s also happened to me before in mw2019
It has happened to me recently too, I’ve only experienced it in this game and MW2 so I’m not sure what causes it. Restarting the game seems to fix it for me.

Known bug, but it will not be fixed, close the game and reopen it or better buy MW2 when they lower the price again. They already have shipment 24/7 on MW2.
Seems like a shader bug/issue.
Had this issue in MW. Not as neon but colors everywhere. Had to reinstall shaders a few times and it went away
This happened to me multiple times last night. The glare was so bad on 2 maps I couldn’t see anything.
I’ve had this issue in MW2019 and Cold War. No idea why it happens but it’s kinda cool
