It won’t let me play multiplayer even though I have Xbox Live. Is this a game issue or are Xbox servers bugging?

   It might just be black ops 4 because I can play Bo2 just fine..

   Does it say play online on the left side of the screen? If it does clicking that should fix it

   You see where it says blackout? Just click on that button and it will load even though it appears to be locked. This is a common issue

   Uninstall it and reinstall it that’s what I had to do to my game

   update: it randomly started working again i just closed application played some bo2 then tried playing bo4 again 40 minutes later and it worked again

   Never had this issue on PS4 or ps5 might just be an Xbox thing.

   Tap down to “multiplayer” and tap it

   The game looks like it isn’t updated. Be sure to install the latest update
