I had this happen to me too and if I remember correctly it resolves when I clicked on one of the operators I had yet to unlock.
It’s connected to Warzone. So if you got a new operator in MW or Vanguard it shows. Go to Warzone or the other games.

Launch up warzone caldera and see if there is a operator with an indicator
200ms ping? That’s the bigger issue!

I read that this is from the warzone games. It’s a bug.
It’s from ghost face, rambo, and John McClane. If you weren’t on at the period of release and didn’t roll over them, that dot will remain there forever since they aren’t in the operator tab anymore
It’s literally been bugged since the release year.
Been in the game since the Cold War season started.

Best i can say is press equip on every operator you have and also just open up the skins options on them, Not sure what else

Now imagine unlocking DM Ultra, and then having the game tell you that you have new camos unlocked every time you log on, but not which gun it’s for.

If I remember right, it’s because of Vanguard. I think you can u lock their characters playing BOCW multiplayer. I could be totally wrong though.

Both of the factions have the green dot. At least it’s balanced which may help your OCD a lil bit I guess!
