It is max and no you get placed in it if you played with or against masters
That’s the highest division, the game is dead lol
The game itself is not dead, but this gamemode is barely alive, maybe about 100-300 players connect every week. This means you are in the top 2% of all of them, so yea, this is the best you can get but at the same time it doesnt mean anything because there isnt any kind of competitive play in this game anymore

So because leage play has so little players that’s ( most probably ) why you got put into masters because yes it is hard to achieve unless your already a competent competitive player
