I’m actually glad I avoided that Xbox Fridge, I pre-ordered one in the UK and the retailer messed me around so I cancelled it out of anger. I read later that they aren’t that good and can be quite noisy.
You could try and hide some of those cables or clip them together I think it would be a huge improvement.
