Hello Gymnastboatman, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!
Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

Thanks mate! I’ve been looking out for budget builds and this should be really helpful.
Great build btw.

Looks cool, +1 for the cpu cooler.

Great build! I wonder if a 13100 might be a good alternative today with its better single core performance?
Tstogod05
Jealous of how good the US dollar is compared to Canadian dollar. Nice build!!
ALY1337
Solid for a budget build! The 5600 can handle it when/if you decide to upgrade the gpu.
CherryTheDerg
Not good enough to play anything. You need at least a 4090 ti to play minesweeper
ComputerThinking
Same.

Damn. That’s a really good computer for that much. Congrats on the purchase!

Nice build but you get what you pay. Video card, mobo and HDD are low tier ‘size and capacity’ wise

This reminds me of the good old days. No glass panel. No rgb. No colour schemes. No frill. Just a good cheap gaming pc that gets the job done with no issues. You really brought back some core childhood memories OP

That’s awesome I really want to build a pc but budget is an issue I have a gpu and 16gb of ram already this gives me hope!
Chaosr21
I got the same GPU with an i7 4790k and it runs everything out there great. 1080p max settings I get 100 fps on the new call of duty.

Great job man, you’re giving me hope for when I finally decide to build a PC of my own. Don’t listen to the naysayers in the comments.

How “just above” is it just above 600? Because 601 and 1000 are both above 600….

That PSU wattage is a tad low tbh

That’s a very good build. I bought a prebuilt similarly specced for $800. No regrets on my part because I also got a 1 year warranty and don’t have to worry about buying an OS.

I’ve been trying to tell people this. The sent image on r/pcgaming seems to be that PC gaming is dead because the new high end cards are overpriced. Like yeah, but 90% of people buy under $400 GPUs anyway. The RX 6600-6700XT are all excellently priced (even the Arc 750 if you are willing to deal with it). The 5600 can be had for around $130. If you want to go no GPU the 5600g is $120 and can play Cyberpunk at 720p.
Budget end is doing great rn.

Ive recently gotten my anti gamer dad to dabble in flight simulator again and now he’s thinking about a budget pc. Im def gonna use this as a reference! Thanks!!!

Looks great. On Reddit, we tend to forget that we don’t need 3080s to game on PC. Enjoy.

OP is just ripping through everyone lol. Nice work
