Everything is right though. The skill gap in wz1, while small, works excellent against all players, good and bad because if you’re playing a game expect competion everything is not meant to be fair. Quitting snoozefest 2 is probably the best thing you can do. Stream charts are a great example, obviously it’s only stream but it’s the entire game no doubt, not to mention Charlie intel already hinted at the game having lost LOTS of players. And yeah, the game is terrible. If there’s this much complaining all the time then the game is not in a good state so stop trying too act like it is

While Steamcharts is a viable sample size to assume overall player retention, it must be considered that PC suffers from a lot of technical issues that consoles don’t, so that is having some influence on the amount of people quitting on Steam.

The dev errors are shit, there are of course some pretty big flaws but, overall, I like WZ2. Immensely prefer it to Caldera.

These few weeks I haven’t touched warzone 2. I never went a week without playing warzone 1. I have 0 interest. There’s no excitement in this game. It was fun for the first couple of weeks, but for the reasons on this subreddit people specify, I have lost most of my interest.
I LOVE things like the map, prox chat, parkour, etc… But some things are horrible, low TTK, clunky movement, looting, 2 meta guns that you either use or die to, etc…
I know meta guns are always an issue, but they don’t have to be. It’s them choosing them to be meta if they don’t change it within a spam of time. They’ve been developing games for years, they’re making metas on purpose to sell packs.
