Hello nimbasaPI, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!

To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

*I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/gamingpc) if you have any questions or concerns.*

If I had to choose between just the two, I would pick the first.

You’ll absolutely get more performance out of the first.

DDR5 prices have been slowly declining since their scalping period, so it’s nice to have that in any new system.

Being nitpicky here: All new systems should have 1TB+ boot media, or 512GB boot + 512GB secondary. With the price difference between the second and first, you could buy a 2TB SATA SSD and install that.

Can you specify your target resolution/refresh rate?

Go with the first. You get a 3060ti instead of a 3060. If you are mostly gaming the 12700 with DDR4 will be slower than the 7700x with DDR5

If u have no choic but those two. Then the first one but honestly both are bad value IMO

Go with the first, the 3060 Ti is enough to change my mind over the 3060, I would upgrade your SSD to larger and better performance with one of these

The first one is cheaper, has a better video card, double the RAM, and it’s DDR5 rather than DDR4. I don’t know Ryzen processors well enough to compare that directly, but in every other way, the specs are better, and so is the price.

Definitely 1st one. Your getting the latest generation platform that can be upgraded later on. I wish I would have waited. Got the 5800x on am4 and now that’s the last generation for the Mobo so if I want ddr5 and ryzen 7 series. I need to get rid of the Mobo since it won’t be compatible
