Hello NickDolen, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!

To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

  2. I came from 12900KS. I see no difference 😭

  3. not really a point with a 3080. what if any difference did you notice? I am rocking 9900k and 3080 myself.

Son, with all that red, you should be rocking AMD.

    It’s just confusing now.

  5. Octavio723

Been contemplating this upgrade for awhile currently rocking a 9900k with a 3080 but might do a 13700k instead, but have been waiting for the newer motherboards to go down in price to help with the cost

  6. Nice setup! Fellow 9900k’r here… Was it worth it? Do it again?

  7. LoneWanderer348

Why does everyone have an i9 for gaming anyways?

  8. I remember when I upgraded from 2600K to 4790K. Couldn’t make out any real difference at all. This one isn’t quite so meaningless as they’ve actually made some progress. But still, myeeh?.

A valid move for a competitive FPS-player perhaps. And of course any productive workload that can utilise the massive core-count.

  9. Super clean setup, I love it!

I probably would have held off another month and gone to Zen4x3d.

I can’t imagine it’s a huge difference going from the 9900k to the 13900k, unless you’re playing esports titles or playing at 1080p.
