You have to think in larger scopes. As Aj said, the remaining EEs are nothing gameplay-impacting, so it could be something literally as simple as “a picture of a developer’s cat hidden behind a desk counter”, or a birth date scribbled on a paper taped to a wall. Not every EE in the game would require an elaborate multi-step quest to unlock, especially if there are no rewards associated with them.
