This will sound kinda mean but fix your walls and idk more artwork?
It looks like some nice warm light would make it feel nice and cosy there, and add to the atmosphere.
-A small potted plant would work (even the fake replica ones would work)
-A neatly decorated bookshelf also works
-Multiple picture frames arranged in a nice way would also work (I did this in my old setup [here.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Hololive/comments/ph5bcn/my_hololivethemed_setup_decorated_by_images_i/))
You could hang a cheap skateboard deck on the wall, it looks great on mine. You could also buy an analog clock
Like a single monitor setup, cozy.
