Hello Ian_T_Jay, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!
Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

It’s ok but in using an Intel cpu you’d be losing out on Amd’s SAM (smart access memory) which sometimes gives up to 15% (or more) performance boost.

No. 6900xt goes for 600 used these days. The rest is not worth 700, maybe 350-400 max. So 1000 in total.

what’s the motherboard
Words_Are_Hrad
$1599 with code ‘summit’ if you have the extra few hundred. It has a latest gen cpu instead of this 4 year old one, and it’s got the new ddr5 memory.

It’s really not that bad.
CPU – $150 ish in today’s market? Maybe more.
Cooler – $150 new ish so call it $80-100.
Mobo – $80-100 ish
RAM – $80 new so maybe $50 used
SSD – just under $200 new so call it $150 used
GPU – normal price $650 but the current market is kinda poor for high end GPU’s, normal price $720. Used, maybe back to $650.
Case – unknown. Call it $50, assuming it’s decent quality?
PSU – $150 new ish, call it $120 used. A 1000W EVGA P5 will last a long time.
Fans and extras – $30? Not entirely sure.
Sum it all up and you get $1360 while using the lower estimates.
Note that it’s a fully built system so it can be a little more expensive than the sum of the individual parts.
