Hello siresiresireee, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!

To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

You’ve already got a decent, up to date rig.

    What are you wanting more?

  3. Why would you want an upgrade? If there is no reason save money for later. Your PC is good enough to run any title in next 5 years. I have similar rig, but with Ryzen 5600 and I don’t know what to do with so much computing powea.

  4. Had the exact same build, except my gpu is 3060TI.

    a month ago upgraded to;

z690 mobo, i5 13600KF cpu(+dual fan) & 64 GB rams. cost me around 800usd. huge performance improvement (primary use is workstation, not gaming ). Now I’m ready for the 4090 when prices get lower.

I think the only thing you could do that would be considered cheap would be double your amount of RAM, but really this may not matter depending on how you run your setup.

You could also look for a used i7 from the 10th or 11th gen of Intel chips, but you will probably pay $200+ for a small amount of gains, if any.

Id say make sure everything is configured properly on this current system for now, and just wait it out. (Dual Channel memory setup, XMP profile used, maybe push the GPU a little in Afterburner, etc)

Not sure what you’re looking at storage wise but an NVME M.2 would be a pretty substantial upgrade from an HDD or SSD. Also, 32gb ram at a nice speed would give you a small bump. Could probably find both for under 300

maybe, but just MAYBE, if you have the money, a newer cpu (that’s not needed at all, since your’s already pretty good for the time being). and also, depeding on what you do with it, or what you play, a cool 2 sticks of 2gb of ram to get it to 20 just cause hahahaha

That being said, your rig is fine, no rush for updates. What about the cooling?

DO YOU HAVE RGB OR NOT???????

BUT RGB EVERYWHERE, I READ SOMEWHERE IT GIVES MORE FPS

Just hold your system and invest in peripheral like a new monitor, keyboard, mouse or a chair. Everything else doesn’t make that much sense for now so let me explain:

More ram could be an idea but for gaming 16gb is still okay. Keep in mind if you upgrade later you can’t use your old ram anymore if you go for brand new stuff.

A better CPU could maybe help you to get 10 frames more in some games. However if your system now only give you 30 fps a new CPU from 10 or 11 gen give you 40 which is still not worth.

Your GPU seems solid but as you know better is always possible. The only real solution to make it worth would be super expensive and you can at least use Nvidia “magic” software stuff for uprendering which helps in future too.

So the only good invest is a new monitor for better picture, higher resolution and some 144hz stuff which is even in 5 years still nice.
Mouse and keyboard is your own preference…
A real char which is comfortable is more worth then high medium settings in any game because if you sit like an ape you hurt yourself and at some point you stop gaming because you feel uncomfortable
