The reaction time of a 40 year old is still good enough to be good. They just don’t have that cracked out overall energy (and time) anymore.
And what’s funny is a lot of people in their mid to later 20s consider themselves too old to be cracked, but peak human reaction time is around people’s mid 20s.
If someone, even in their 50s, really cares, they can be a top tier (non-camping) player. Being good is more about mindset than raw attributes.

Some kid was talking shit to me and his dad or someone in the background said who is that? And the kid said some old man. I said Jesus dude I’m not that old, and he said “you’re like 30.” Im 32 🙁
