Sony is a shit company for this. Microsoft is making deals to get COD back on Nintendo. Ask yourself why Sony is filing lawsuits. Maybe if they made more PS5s instead of ramping up production on PS4s they’d have enough money to buy Activision themselves.

As someone familiar with working on reports and analysis for various industries. This is the right move. None of the researchers, professors etc. I worked with would see positives in this situation.
It’s good to see the FTC is stepping up. They have alot of work to do. This is only a good thing!
I was surprised that MS didnt seem to consider allaying anti trust fears in their PR and interviews. Made me think they were 100% confident this would go through and didnt need to care about genuine anti trust issues.

The Sony monopoly must be really scared if they are already lobbying to attack Microsoft. Their track record of ruining consoles and games with their tactics in the industry should be enough evidence that they do nothing for the sake of the gamer’s convenience. I hope Microsoft shuts this shit down and very publicly.
