And let the guessing game begin… who will be the 8 partner teams? My focus here is gonna be on the orgs, not the players.

1. I think GenG, FaZe, NaVi, Soniqs are basically locked in for their history and consistency of being at every global majors.
2. CN is a bit tricky but I’d say it’s either 4AM, PeRo or 17. I would say two of them. I think JP/TW will not get the partner slot but they will have some sort of regional seed like the ones they had in PGS. So 3 teams from AS.
3. APAC has a problem of not having the solid, historically consistent org like GenG but Daytrade should be the frontrunner based on their PCS performances. So 1 team from APAC.
4. For NA, eU definitely seems good to get a spot. Despite their performance at PGC2022, I’d say LG could be another partner pick, but 3 from NA is a bit much so I’d say only 1 other org (my bet is on eU, since they stuck around since last year) other than SQ makes it through. So 2 from NA.
5. I can sort of see Twisted Minds getting a spot but unlike the roster, the org itself lacks the history in PUBG esports so I’m not sure how that will play out. I’ll say its just Faze and Navi, 2 teams from EU.
6. However, based on recent PGC performances, I can also sort of see TWIS taking a 3rd spot for EU and AS having only GenG and a CN team.
Edit: can’t shake off the thought that Team Liquid is missing out on this. If they stuck around, I’m sure they would have been another no brainer partner.
