WARDOGS Season 2 launches October 15, 2026, on Steam, with new weapons, vehicles, rain, experimental cash wagers, and gameplay improvements.

BULKHEAD and Team 17‘s tactical shooter has been a major success since its September Early Access launch on Steam. Now, the first major update is coming with the October introduction of season 2.

WARDOGS Season 2 Adds Four Weapons and Four Vehicles

BULKHEAD has announced that WARDOGS Season 2 will introduce four new weapons and four new vehicles. It will also add new weather-based obstacles, namely rain, and an experimental wager system that lets players put in-game currency at stake; this will let players select objectives with additional conditions that can increase their payout.

As for the new weapons, players will have access to the TCX-SPR Assault Rifle, M14 DMR, PP-19 Bizon SMG, and Evo-3 Ultra LMG. The added vehicles include the Wolf-110, its armed assault variant, the T-72B3 main battle tank, and the Flakpanzer Gepard anti-air vehicle.

The CEO of BULKHEAD offered some comments in a press release, noting that they’ve learned a lot from watching players and will continue to use feedback in order to better change the in-game systems and create a better overall experience.

“We’ve learned a huge amount from watching people play WARDOGS since launch. Season 2 gives players more weapons, vehicles and ways to play, but just as importantly, we’ve been working through the feedback and making changes to the systems that matter every match. Early Access is about continuing to build the game with our community, and this is the first major step in that process.”
