I own F5-6000J2636G32GX2 on a 9800X3D already and am considering grabbing either the 6000 G16GX2 or the 8000 F24GX2 kit to test on a separate 270K Plus build with a Z890 Taichi.
Can a memory guru explain (or speculate on) the differences in IC quality and OC prognosis between these kits? Both look like top-tier bins but I'm trying to work out how the IC screening compares and what use case each kit is aimed at.
Is the 1.35V 8000 kit more of a comparable screen to the 1.40V G bins (see title) or the inferior 1.45V H bins (F5-6000J2636H16GX2/F5-6000J2636H32GX2/F5-6000A2636H16GX2)?
The G16GX2 kit has already been shown at 8800 CL32 on water at ~1.7V (link). Not expecting to hit that, much less run it daily but if the 6000 kit can do that, what does the 8000 kit offer beyond just being 48GB? Is it a must-have for a high-end collection, or should I just be hunting for a G16GX2 kit if I want to tune for frequency?
