Since this is a Mini-ITX build, I'm pretty thermally constrained.
All the timings were tuned manually. The RAM can run CL26/28 without any issues at lower temps, but once it gets above ~65°C, VT3 starts becoming unstable. CL28 already requires a pretty significant voltage bump, so at this point I'm not really chasing tighter timings anymore — the main goal is reducing power consumption and heat output while keeping as much performance as possible.
The current settings in the screenshot seem to be the best balance I've found so far. They're fully stable and have passed 24 hours of stress testing without any errors.
Next step is going to be undervolting and seeing how much more temperature/power I can shave off without compromising stability.
Anything else you guys see here that could still be improved? Maybe some timings/voltages I could optimize further specifically for lower power and thermals?
