AMD’s current product pages do not list a Radeon RX 10800 XT.Gaming supplied about 7% of AMD’s second-quarter revenue.AMD shares ended Friday 4.2% below their 52-week high.

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. NASDAQ:AMD has not announced a Radeon RX 10800 XT. Its current product and driver pages name RX 9000-series cards based on RDNA 4. AMD shares nevertheless enter Monday near a record.

That distinction matters for investors. A weekend performance claim lacks an AMD product page, test method or launch date. It cannot support a revenue forecast yet.

The stock closed Friday at $559.82, up 2.70%, according to Stock Analysis. Volume reached 31.9 million shares. The close sat 4.2% below the $584.73 annual high.

A Sunday social-media post alleged a 15% to 25% advantage over Nvidia Corporation’s NASDAQ:NVDA GeForce RTX 5090. No linked AMD document substantiated the model name or comparison.

AMD’s latest official desktop addition is the Radeon RX 9070 GRE. The company launched it globally in June at a suggested $549. It remains an RDNA 4 card.

A credible new flagship could still broaden AMD’s graphics reach. Confirmation would require named silicon, board specifications and repeatable benchmarks. Pricing and shipment timing would determine the revenue effect.

For now, Radeon is not AMD’s main earnings engine. AMD reported $779 million of second-quarter gaming revenue. That was 31% lower than a year earlier.

Gaming represented about 6.8% of quarterly sales by calculation. Data Center supplied 58.1%. This mix limits one unannounced consumer card’s near-term weight.

Chief Financial Officer Jean Hu said, “We expect Data Center sales to accelerate in the second half of 2026.” AMD has therefore tied its current growth case mainly to servers and AI accelerators.

The counterargument is straightforward. Gaming revenue includes console chips and Radeon products, while AMD reports no Radeon-only sales. A successful premium card could improve mix without becoming the largest business.

Valuation leaves little room for unsupported assumptions. The shares trade at about 50.6 times forward earnings, Stock Analysis estimates. Analysts remain bullish, but their targets largely reflect known AI demand.

The $600 Piper target offers 7.2% calculated upside. BMO’s $550 target is below Friday’s close. Neither recommendation verifies the weekend Radeon claim.

Risks: AMD may disclose a higher-end Radeon before its next earnings report, making today’s absence temporary. Conversely, a delayed product or weak board supply could leave gaming revenue dependent on a shrinking console cycle.

AMD is scheduled to report on November 3. Before then, investors can watch for one decisive item: an AMD product page or driver entry naming the RX 10800 XT.
