Laptop running at 98c while playing fortnite even after undervolting it

I have a problem with my laptop: it’s extremely sensitive to heat when gaming or performing demanding tasks, causing the temperature to spike above 80–90°C. It stays around 50–60°C during light tasks, but under heavy load, it hovers between 80–90°C or even hits 100°C. I’ve tried undervolting with Throttlestop (dropping the voltage by -80mV) and lowering power limits, but nothing works. It might be the thermal paste, but I can't open the laptop because there’s a part that breaks easily, and I can't take it to a technician either. Is there any way to keep the temperature around 70–80°C under heavy load without sacrificing too much performance? My laptop is a dell latitude 5400 with an i5 8th gen processor with uhd 620 graphics igpu
