Anyone know how to fix this weird armor bug that happens for my teammates? Even after a reinstall of my game and drivers it is still there. I also deleted my config in the documents folder.

Brand new pc 9070xt gpu 9700x cpu. Everytime I launch the game from steam or battlenet it loads the gets stuck on this screen forever?? It says the game is “running” on steam if I tab out
