Based on this benchmark what is slowing or helping my PC. What can I do to make the game look the best and also get the best fps?

All of these extremely cool, free, and unlockable MW skins, and all I see is Groot. Groot, everywhere. Kindly nerf that trash to oblivion and bring a feature that rotates between favourite selected skins.
