Can anyone explain why this gift icon is there? I’ve checked all places to see if i have something redeemable but there isn’t.

when I report cheaters like this in game, nothing happens, hopefully this gets noticed cause I don't see even semi legitimate aim there, I'm not great, maybe a bit over family good, but this gets overlooked by the investigators too…

Can anyone help me sort out this audio bug? Checked my files, updated drivers, turned all enhancements off and nothing is fixing it. (Sound warning, my shots are at full volume but the other player is nearly mute)
