when start match it freezes like that when restart and rejoin match same happens i reinstall game play few matches and now it does same any suggestions?

I started playing more or less 2 weeks ago. Now I finished in top 10 in my first ultimate match. I think I didn't shoot anybody, I just tried once, but at least I survived a lot and escaped attacks.
