How am I so lucky

I’ve just bought mw 2019 on ps5 and have everything installed but keep getting met with this screen I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it about 3 times now and I’m at a complete loss any suggestions thanks

I was playing multiplayer for a few weeks. I opened another game and when I came back to MW I don’t see the option anymore? I’m connected to the wifi and everything.
