New player here, haven’t played a COD since way way back, but I’ve heard great things about this one. What am I missing here though? Why does it keep telling me to purchase it?

I bought it digitally years back, but now it says i have to buy it again even if i’ve been able to download it! I already tried with restoring licenses! I also have 165 hours in the game! F*****g ecosystem!!!
