Does anyone know how I can fix this screen tearing it is driving me insane! I have a 1660 super with a i7 2660 and I’ve tried vsync, changing the resolutions, installing new drivers and nothing has made it better…

I’ve seen benchmarks for MW2 with this GPU and I should be handling 1440p above 144fps but can hardly break 100 why is that ??
