My pc is showing this red light and the pc isn’t sending any info to the monitors. The monitors work independently though. I know nothing about pcs. Is the problem with the graphics card?

first pc set up!

I am hooked on getting an OLED monitor but i am not hooked on the price. i found this on facebook marketplace but im not sure about it.
