As you can see my game looks like it's in a desert right now and I don't know if it's a weather feature or not

I don't even know how I got it all, but my best guess is that it's cause i've only been using katanas the entire playthrough. and yeah, i did take a picture of the screen.

Am I the only one who sleeps through the day in Cyberpunk? I only ever roam at night—that’s when Night City truly shines.
