Picked up this bs Vulcan for 121 usually goes for 110-130 at this float but it also has a 200 value sticker with 0% wear any opinions? Did I make a bad choice

Some maps in CS2 have pleasant inaccessible areas. Try to guess the map, bonus points for guessing the area of the map. (some are super obvious)
