I’m so tired of getting booted from lobbies, getting ridiculous now

I’ve beaten the game already and am currently doing a Specialist run, but google says there’s 12 suit upgrades, and I only have 11. What am I missing? Trying to get the Fully Equipped achievement.

I keep pressing A and nothing happens… had to restart my Xbox and now it’s working a bit but I had this same problem yesterday. honestly I’m thinking it might be my Xbox one I really need to upgrade bc…
